"Classic style Spanish complex in a great location. Right off of Sunset walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The street it is located on is great as well with lots of historic buildings. It is higher priced. If you are willing to pay more for these unit is a great location it is worth it for you. Some of the unit layouts are not great but still fairly large for the area. Some of the new apartment buildings are smaller in size and more in price. The large patio is great to sit and relax on. Staff is helpful. Building is generally well maintained. Parking spots are large. Would recommend living here if you can."
