Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the stunning wildflower displays, especially the vibrant balsamroot, and the breathtaking panoramic views. The well-marked trails are appreciated for hiking and biking. Some note the challenging access road and potential for mud in early spring, and advise caution regarding wildlife.

"Beautiful wildflowers. Parking lot under construction, but still allows for some limited parking with some limited "street" parking. Trails were clearly marked and easy to hike."

Natalie Davis

"Windy dirt road to the top where you park and walk/bike the trails. Some switchbacks may require 4wd.
Beautiful views, deer trails, and revines with untouched grassy plains areas. Flowers were at the end of their bloom this year on May 1st. Daughter in law was here 2 weeks ago, and purple and yellow flowers were in full bloom.
Great place to watch sunset. The parking lot had a gate to shut, not aware of the specific time it is shut. The bathroom is there at the parking lot and looked to handle approximately 12 cars or trucks. Not a road or parking area for motorhomes or rv trailers, darn it!
Another special place that Wenatchee has to offer."

Tamara Heath

"How beautiful and breath taking view it is!
We met Rattle Snake and bull snake while hiking. it is better to take a hiking stick when hiking."
