There is a dog and kid friendly beach on the marsh as well as small boardwalk, a playground, charcoal grills and open roofed areas and pick nick tables. It would be a great location for a child's birthday party. They do host community events on the stage and in the gazebo. I attended a native american pow wow there once. We visit often when our dog."
