"Very rocky trails but enjoyable with comfortable hiking boots. Be cautious if it has rained recently because the trails collect a lot of water and get muddy. Good incline on the yellow trail, it takes you to a beautiful field and high view towards the city. Not too busy even on the weekend, the parking lot is small, only a porta potty available."

"Beautiful Preserve with a gorgeous view of NJ and NY after an easy to moderate hike. I loved the fact that all trails have on point markings that show you where to go with every so often check points. I believe that if you start at the university parking lot there is about a 2 mile hike to get to the very top (again this is an easy hike) If you enjoy getting lost in nature this is a must trail to do. I do wish the parking lot was a bit bigger but I've never had an issue finding a parking spot - also the trail starts at the right of the bulletin board."
