"We were in town visiting from Charlottesville VA for Thanksgiving. The day after Thanksgiving the museum had closed for a blood drive.
In an experience that can only be labeled "it's Iowa" we were admitted in anyway by Iowa Wrestling Hall of Famer Jim Miller for a guided tour.
Great stories from Mr. Miller, typical Iowan humility on his own extraordinary achievements, and generous engagement with our boys.
Check this museum out- plenty of collegiate, professional and Olympic wrestling exhibits and the layout is very well done. The Dan Gable section is tops.
We'll be back. And sincere thanks to Mr. Miller."
