"We booked our sunset cruise the day before after seeing it on the Google map online. We're glad we did. We loaded at Washington Harbor and got to sit at the bow. The night was perfect, and our tour set out right on time. We could see the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Kennedy Center, Watergate Complex, the Washington Harbor, and the Memorial Bridge. As it got darker, the monuments lit up. Our guide told us of the history of the buildings, the area, as well as fun facts. If you're looking for a relaxing way to finish the day in DC, this would be a perfect way to do so."

"I surprised my husband with a trip to Georgetown to do the sunset cruise and it was a perfect evening! The views were great! It was narrated for about half the time but the speaker did cut out quite a bit. It was relaxing and we loved this 45 min ride!
Side note- founders fishers farmers and bakers is located right next to the boat pick up and it was delicious and eating right on the water was perfect start to the evening!"

👨👩👧 Families with Kids
Some cruises, like those with themed events or shorter durations, are particularly well-suited for younger attention spans. While brunch cruises can be fun, consider if the atmosphere is appropriate for your children. Always check the cruise line's policy on children's tickets and any age restrictions. Bringing snacks and drinks might be helpful, though check the onboard policy first.

Consider a dinner cruise or a specialty cocktail cruise for an elevated evening. Some companies also offer private charter options for a truly intimate experience. Booking a cruise that includes live music can add an extra touch of romance to your evening.
🎉 Groups & Celebrations
For larger groups, look into companies that can accommodate your party size and offer group discounts. Themed cruises, like crab feasts or cocktail parties, can also be a fun and engaging option for a group celebration. Ensure you book well in advance to secure a vessel that fits your group's needs.
