I will only note that while they have heaters for the balcony seats, I personally didn't feel the heaters at all, today in particular was windy ( I regretted not bringing a sweater) and of course the temperature outside is at no fault to the restaurant, just something for future patron to keep in mind,not you get cold easily like me, just bring a sweater for just in case even if you end up not needing it.
