What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Klicker Berries and Antiques is a cherished family-owned establishment known for its exceptionally fresh, seasonal produce, particularly its highly-rated strawberries, and a vast, reasonably priced antique collection. While many praise its wholesome atmosphere and unique finds, some visitors have encountered inconsistent customer service, which has occasionally marred their experience.
"Ice cream and fresh fruits and veggies and great antiques and reasonable very reasonable prices. Quality jarred and different jams, jellies and syrups. Different kitchen tools you dont see elsewhere. The antiques are found from all the way around the Northwest (further?). The owner does refurbishing. I am not an antique type person but i would guess prices and then look at tags a great number of pieces I would have been smiling to pay double for...."

"I’ve been coming to Klicker’s for over ten years and have always loved bringing my kids here. It’s a family-owned place that’s been part of our traditions since my kids were babies — especially going down the big slide at the pumpkin patch every year.
Everything was going great this time until we stopped for some ice cream. On the way back to the car, my son accidentally dropped his cone on the ground. He was heartbroken, as any little kid would be. I went back inside, showed the staff the dropped cone, and asked if we could get a replacement. I even mentioned that I was happy to pay for it.
What disappointed me was how hesitant they seemed to help — it felt like I was asking for a favor instead of simply trying to make things right for my son. I truly don’t mind paying for another scoop, but the lack of empathy left a bad taste in my mouth. Sometimes a small gesture, like offering a replacement for a crying child, makes all the difference and keeps customers coming back.
I’ve always appreciated Klicker’s as a family-owned business and have supported them for years, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. It feels like not only the flavor of the strawberries has faded over time, but also the warmth of the customer service."

"Have visited numerous times over the years. After the last one, will never return. Had an issue with a charge card that I found out about a few days after returning home (over 200 miles). Called and spoke with I believe an owner who was extremely rude and short. I explained to him that I also was a small business owner with over 20 years in business which he dismissed quickly stating that they had been in business much longer and could care less what I had to say. Sad world when your parents, grandparents and possibly generations before allow people like this to destroy quickly what they built. Good luck with an attitude like that to accomplish anything for yourself."
