"I’ve been wanting to come here for many years to check it out, and never had been able to until today!
The many exhibits of firearms from past and present Rangers are a big part of the Rangers history. They also had several items from the old Lone Ranger TV show , and even a few from Walker, Texas Ranger on display.
If you are a fan of history, it’s a great place to come visit!"

"The Texas Ranger Museum in Waco offers a fascinating dive into the rich history of the Rangers, tracing their roots from the early days of cowboys and Native American encounters and the evolution of the revolver to modern crime scene investigation methods. This is the perfect spot to explore their storied past, with well-curated exhibits that bring their legacy to life. A must-visit for every cowboy at heart!"

"We visited the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame as part of a homeschool outing and were truly impressed! The museum is much larger than it looks from the outside, with so much to see and learn. The exhibits are fascinating, and the introductory video was excellent—very informative and engaging.
While we were part of a larger group (mostly from Fort Worth), we want to sincerely apologize for the rowdy and disrespectful behavior from many in that group. They were not part of our personal homeschool circle, and we were honestly embarrassed by the noise and lack of manners.
Despite the challenges, our tour guide was incredibly patient and kind the entire time. She handled the situation with grace and continued the tour with professionalism and warmth. We really appreciated her and the whole experience.
We also enjoyed browsing the gift shop and picked up some great items. We’re already planning to come back again next year on our own. Highly recommend for anyone interested in Texas history!"
