"Beautiful quiet lake. Several ducks and cormorant visible. Nice trails but there are many tree roots that could trip an unstable person. I will definitely go back to watch the seasons"

"Great relaxing kayak spot. There were so many great egret and blue heron. I couldn't count them all. I even seen 3 Double-crested Cormorants, and a handful of green hornet. It's a lot of fun to paddle in and out of the cypress trees. I didn't fish, but I imagine this would be a great fishing spot. They also have a dock. That includes rollers so you can roll your kayak into the water. I seen two restrooms. (Porta potties) I also seen a couple of picnic tables. I didn't see all the park has to offer. I went straight into the water."
