"I know when most people visit a Court, they are anxious, apprehensive or they may be pissed off about a current circumstance or situation. Well, this is my experience and because, "All About Auto Services, did a bum Head Gasket job on my 2009 Mini Clubman, I am forced to seek justice while involves a Civil Lawsuit.
Oh, Yeah! The Devil is busy but Jehovah God is Good! I've had two bumps in the process so far but Mini me, I filed a hearing to expedite my case so my Warranty won't be invalid. With constant prayer I got what I asked for. The kicker was, "I am the Plaintiff and instead of getting paperwork for my Bill of Particulars, - I get a "Grounds for Defense."
Sabotage! The reason I say that is because Clerks and Deputies do this all day long everyday, so "Why did I get the upchuck?" What do you think?? Because it wasn't due until 5/15/25, I wasn't in a hurry to look at the paper. But that Holy Spirit is nothing to mess with. Yesterday evening, it said- "Look at ur paperwork and when I did, I had the Grounds for Defense attached. But, I didn't get excited. I just got my butt up, caught the bus back to Court today and handled my business. The same nice Clerk name (Liz), at the Civil Division of the VA Beach General District Court helped me again. She gave me the correct paperwork and the Courtroom also was incorrect. Wow! If you ever have to go to VA Beach Court, go to the second floor Clerk's office and look for the curly head girl wearing glasses that has such a friendly smile. She's a people person and she goes that extra mile. Sometimes, God puts people in your place for a reason. So although, my car is down, - my spirit is High! Stay tuned as the car saga continues......
