"Unbelievable. And not in the good way. My girlfriend and I started off thinking this was a good little waterpark. But then disaster struck. As we walked on the blazing hot surface to go up to the slides, we could see right at the top that there was a weight limit. I’ve never had an issue with weight limits on rides before, so we didn’t think anything of it. That was until we saw it was a 250lb per rider and 400lb per 2-person group limit. I myself weigh about 260lbs and my girlfriend weights a little over 150lbs. We were turned away only at the top once we got weighed and were embarrassed in front of many groups. We then realized that the weight limit was the same for almost every slide in the park. The only things we could do were the lazy river and the wave pool which was filled with kids. I am 19 and a little above average size for a 6’1” guy (picture in description for reference) and when I went online to purchase tickets, even after looking over all policies, there was no statements of weight limits, only height! I talked to multiple employees to try to get a refund since we had only been there for 30 minutes, but they said there was nothing they could do about it and laughed at us. I feel so embarrassed and even customer support has been ignoring us. Please beware if you are a little heavier than “normal”"

"Wonderful customer service! We have been season pass holders for the last 2 seasons and we love the water park! Our favorite event so far was the Dog Day event, and our puppy absolutely loved it! Recently, we had an unexpected experience trying to attend their adult night event, and when we contacted customer service about it, they took our feedback seriously, were very understanding and issued us a credit towards our event tickets. We were so pleased with the customer service interaction and appreciated their time and help with our issue! Will continue to be season pass holders for sure!"
