The room was clean and smelled nice. Tje staff is great. We especially liked the very tall security guard. Only complaint is that its a bit understaffed. There was only one waitress on the casino floor and she was doing her best to keep up, but clearly could have used some help. Would stay here again if in the area."

The food options are limited now, especially with one restaurant closed, and there is nothing real close to the casino other than Bally’s. We were on the “Club” floor, but the wall paper in the hall was mangy and peeling off the wall. This place has good bones, and I had a nice stay, but set your expectation. I gave it a 4 only because the staff treated us well."

"Checked in at 1:30 am after a 10 hour drive with my wife, 11 yr old granddaughter and 6 year old grandson who's non verbal autistic. I was greeted by Jennifer and she was very accommodating and put us on a floor close to a microwave for his bottles and even had a mini fridge brought to our room.She was absolutely wonderful, the rooms were clean, price was super reasonable and everyone we encountered had a smile and displayed the southern charm we are accustomed to. Great location overlooking the Mississippi River. Great job Riverwalk for an exceptional stay. Jennifer, you really shined with your hospitality. Thank you"
