"What beauty? From the front entrance and surrounding its areas, it was beautiful. It located a little up to the hill and looking down to the beautiful beach, the scenery was breathtaking. Inside the building, it was well-structured designs with marbles on the walls and large stairway. Looking down the long and cleaned hallways, there were displayed of this area historic artifacts and new designs. People here were friendly and welcoming. Struck a conversation with a lady named Yolanda at the planning department. She was very warm and sweet, and the ladies here at this place were also super nice and very helpful."

It is always nice to see the building from different angles as we drive and walk around downtown. I snapped this picture when we were driving by in October 2023.
