"Excellent trail that is close to town. The trail is well traveled and clean. Some parts are wide enough for two people to walk side by side but it’s mostly single track. No bikes allowed. There are lots of options for the distance you are after, ultimately going to the Ukiah “U” if you want to get some steep climbing in. If you plan to go to the top, it’s 1100 foot elevation gain and you should plan on 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
Many people bring their dogs, it hasn’t ever been an issue for me."
