I was genuinely excited for this concert, but the entire experience was soured before it even began. We were forced to stand outside in the rain for over an hour just to get inside the venue. There was absolutely no communication from the organizers, no shelter provided, and no effort to expedite the entry process despite the rain. It honestly felt like the staff didn’t care about the attendees at all. It’s baffling that a major event could be so poorly managed. Would not attend another event by this promoter unless they seriously improve how they treat their audience."

"Overall the venue is two stars. The staff and people working there were nice. We attended the Aaron Lewis concert on 7/16 and part of our ticket allowed early access. We were allowed in to the venue at 6:00 but no concessions were open until 6:30. We could not go to our seats until 6:30 either which was when the doors opened for everyone. When we did buy a beer, it was served warm. ($10 each). The building was not sufficiently cooled prior to the event so it was very warm in the coliseum area. Not sure we will ever go back."
