"We had an absolutely amazing relaxing time. Tina and Anna were super helpful, informative, and welcoming. Even Boris, the cat, welcomed us in. I can't speak highly enough of this establishment. The convenience of the hot springs in your room, to the hot springs outside in private areas, to the awesome experience of the wet room, all amazing. When they say the bed is comfortable, it is true! I have been to a lot of different hot springs establishments in T or C, Blackstone is my favorite so far. Will be back soon!"

"NO MA’AM! Check the umpteen other hotels around town. I’m moving to another hotel with private soak tomorrow, double the size with full kitchen and much less expensive. This place is tacky noisy and obnoxious, directly next-door to a busy auto store, parking lot directly on the back wall of the hotel units. Loud engines music and car alarms with car doors slamming all day. The other half of their property is directly behind the local brewery, so your outdoor soak is complemented by bad karaoke blaring through the streets onto your patio.
There’s not enough insulation or buffer between the walls when they remodeled so you can hear the conversations and every single door slamming through the wall, even if they’re not trying to be loud. Good luck getting any rest or enjoying your private bath as you blast the TV trying to drown it all out. Way overpriced and regret staying 2 nights. Forced to leave during the day because of the business next door, can’t rest in evenings because of the intoxicated neighbors. Don’t expect the management to alleviate the situation, you’ll have to confront them yourself. They’ll reluctantly offer their names, refuse to tell you their boss’ name nor move your room, while lying about being fully booked, which is highly unprofessional. Once they have your payment all bets are off. The price is extremely excessive considering the overall experience. I could have stayed 4 nights for the price of 2 somewhere quiet. Good water doesn’t make up for horrible experience, especially at this price.
PS, for almost $300 a night they don’t even offer you a bottle of water, stale coffee, Trader Joe’s cleansers with no face soap, and then they leave rude signs all over your unit telling you all the things you can’t do assuming you’re going to steal everything, but then they don’t even have a written policy about noise and courteous behavior of guests.
This could’ve been a nice experience if only they could be bothered to offer some of the finishing touches to make sure you have a nice quiet stay."
