"We had the worst experience here trying to get a passport for our kids. We were sent away once for incomplete paperwork (mainly the pictures not being acceptable) so we rushed to get those redone at a nearby photo place. When we returned they stated that our photos were still not good and that they’ve been doing this a long time so they would know what gets accepted and what doesn’t but they “can’t tell anyone what to do”. At this point we were very frustrated so we said to send it in and we will deal with the repercussions. Well I just got the email that our passport applications were accepted and shipped so it was a lot of stress and frustrations for literally no reason. Your employees condescending attitude in an already stressful time was not appropriate or even right according to passport guidelines. This place needs to do better"
