"Our first visit to this incredible destination was truly unforgettable. The staff's warm hospitality, exceptional dinner and breakfast on the deck, peaceful Sunday morning coffee on our private patio, and vibrant evening with friends, complete with drinks and live music, all came together to create a truly exceptional experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I'm excited to share my enthusiastic endorsement of this outstanding resort, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next visit."

"We won a $500 gift card for a stay here and that's the only reason we spent the money on staying at this hotel. The couple we traveled with paid the full price and thank goodness they had a nicer room than us. Ours was definitely not updated as other recent reviews report. There was nasty carpet on the floor, and the shower is an accident waiting to happen. The bed was comfortable and that's why I gave the room 2 stars rather than only 1. Three of the four of us ordered from the Friday Fish special and thought it was decent. The fourth ordered the Tiger Prawns, which initially were delicious, but ended up giving her food poisoning. So she spent most of the day on Saturday in bed and in the bathroom. The waiter was young and anxious to serve. He did a great job accommodating us, but I'm still wondering why there was no salt or pepper on any of the tables. The front desk workers seemed to always have something more important on their computers to handle than to answer questions or welcome guests.
The location is the best part of the whole place. It's an easy walk to any of the shops on either side of the bridge, and the local taverns are super fun to bar hop.
I hope the resort uses this next off season to finish updating their rooms to match the outrageous price tag people pay to stay here."

"We stayed here for Labor Day weekend 2025. There was only a Premium One Bedroom suite available. The room was GORGEOUS!! Comfortable, spacious and very tastefully decorated. Large sitting area to view TV. Dining table for 6. Windows and porch that looked out on the Sturgeon Bay ship channel. Modern bathroom with glass shower. Kitchen with quartz countertops. Amazing."
