"I attempted to visit with my family on vacation. A quick look at the website stated hours were 10am till 4pm, with guided tours at 11am, and 2pm. (Site did not state you may ONLY VISIT MUSEUM BY GUIDED TOUR). The gentleman working there was a bit rude, and even though their was no one else there, he stated all 7 of (potential paying customers) should come back at 2pm for the tour "if we felt like it", as he was busy, and we could only see the museum at 2pm. I suggested he clarify the website. He argued with me.
I'm sad we missed this cool looking museum. Because of this employee, they lost our business."
