"A Beautiful and Peaceful Visit

We arrived just in time for the 2 PM Mass, which was perfect timing and really set a peaceful tone for our visit. Afterward, we stayed for the 3 o’clock Divine Mercy Chaplet, which was a moving and spiritual experience. Being able to sing and pray together in such a reverent setting was a meaningful way to pause and reflect during our day.

The church itself is stunning—peaceful, well-maintained, and filled with beautiful artwork and sacred atmosphere. Parking is available at the large lot at the bottom of the hill, and from there, it’s a relaxing and scenic walk up to the church and main grounds. We really enjoyed the serenity of the property and the opportunity to slow down and take in the surroundings.

We also visited the gift shop, which was impressively large and well-stocked with a wide range of religious items, books, and devotional materials. The staff we encountered were all warm, welcoming, and helpful.

Overall, this was a very special visit. Whether you’re looking for a place to pray, attend Mass, or just experience some peace and quiet, the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy is absolutely worth the stop. Highly recommended."

The quiet atmosphere, and the gentle glow of candles created a sense of stillness that is rare in everyday life. The beauty of the shrine was not only in its design, but in the way it invited me to pause, reflect, and breathe more slowly"
