"3 night stay. Room had almost no tissues(2), terrible water pressure, a toilet that took forever to flush and there was no list of phone numbers, restaurants or amenities of the hotel in the room. Couldn’t call the front desk(or at least didn’t know how to because it wasn’t provided), had to go down there and wait for an absurd amount of time because it wasn’t always manned. Vending in ALL of the halls was down so nowhere to get a bottle of water even. Pros: the beds were comfortable, the mini fridge was cold and the microwave functioned. The water in the shower was hot. In the casino, some of the games were offline and not serviced in a reasonable amount of time to be brought back up, so had to go to the cashier several times just to move my money to another game. The bar is not only the furthest it can be from convenient, but serves such small drinks that it’s gone by the time you get to the game you wanted to play, not to mention the price.
Pros: games are fun, just not much organization. 1¢, 25¢ & $1 all mixed in.
Overall, this place is good to sleep in and gamble in, but not much else."

"The room and the casino was great! Room was nice and clean. Good size and a great view of the lake. The guy at the customer service desk seems like he didn’t want to be there. Our first time here so we asked for a card. He didn’t ask where we were from but said if you here “one time and done don’t bother with the card” He was leaning back on his chair like he didn’t give a damn that we were talking to him."

"I had an enjoyable visit to the casino. I checked with the desk to receive a player's card and they pre loaded it with a bit of cash for my first visit, thanks guys! I didn't stay at the hotel, so I'll have to leave that for another time.
The casino had so many machines and tables to see, you definitely won't get to do everything your first visit. I'll have to stop in again next trip.
