Reviews Summary
Pundt Park is widely praised as a clean, well-maintained, and peaceful natural escape. Visitors appreciate the extensive trail system for walking, running, and biking, as well as the excellent dog park amenities. While generally loved, some note that shared trails can get busy, and off-leash dog access is limited to the designated park area.
"I've been coming to this park for over 12 years now, I found it when I first moved here to Texas, as it's walking trail was just up the street from where we originally moved. If you get off the beaten path, there are many trails and I would highly recommend that. We actually were able to take our dog off the leash and run her on the beach front, however, if other people are there I'm not sure that would be the right answer. We did it on an overcasty day and there was no one around. Otherwise it seems to be on leash requirements. Just for the safety of the animals and everyone around them. This is good for biking, walking, hiking, horse riding, some motorized toys are allowed on specific paths. Paths. There are playgrounds throughout, a dog park, great fishing options, bathroom facilities near the parking areas. Parking areas. Overall a great way to spend some time out in nature and with your family and friends."

"Been going here for years on the trails with the kids and dogs. Simple and fun. Lots of bikers on the path, if you have kids and dogs on the trails like we do the “off path” trails are great and easy to navigate."
