There is a padlocked gate on the upper stairway but no "Keep Out" signs. Easy to go around the gate and up the stairs to the top. It looks like it may be a party area but this reviewer has no idea if it is a patrolled area by police. There is also a small disc golf course. Maybe for practicing?"

"I started going there more than a decade ago with my shih tzu and we still love it. At some point in time the stairs were re-done if that's the route you wanna go up. There are all sorts of pathways that circle the hill and intersect each other and are also kinda covered overhead with vegetation which gives the effect of "secret pathways" for the youngsters of the family. A waist high rock wall encircles the entire top."
