You shouldn't have to send it back to be cooked from being RARE AND COLD. But hey they didn't charge for my one cup of coffee. Nice drive to take but pick a different spot to eat at."

"Perhaps the worst dining experience I've ever had. Went there for the Thanksgiving dinner as a party of 8. Was bad from the start with very stale dry dinner rolls that crumbled when picked up. Salad was fresh but with bland tasteless dressing. When making reservations I was told the turkey would be served individually and the rest would be family style. Instead we were served a plate of non descript slop with no discernible division of the contents. I envisioned a mess hall where a scoop of this or that was plopped down on the plate to keep the line moving. Runny instant mashed potatoes, cold tasteless dressing luke warm gravy. Terrible. I don't think I'm alone. I saw numerous plates being picked up hardly eaten. Over four hundred dollars wasted ruining what should have been a fun festive Thanksgiving. I would love to hear from the manager to discuss this experience."
