"I don't know why, but I thought they had a self-guided tour, they do not. And reservations are encouraged. So we didn't get to do that. But we did check out the chocolate shop. So many choices! Bonbons, truffles, milk, dark, Caramels, flavored bars, sets, specialty chocolates, nibs, and so much more!!!
I only took pictures of the bathroom, because it was really nice. I'm not a small person, but their standard stalls had PLENTY of room and were so bright and colorful. The stall doors offered so much privacy as well!"

Such a beautiful store! It was my first time visiting — I stopped by to pick up 30 chocolate bars for small corporate gifts, and I’ll definitely be back for future events. The staff was super friendly and even offered a couple of lovely boxes to help with shipping, which I really appreciated.
One small note — I asked if we could include a Seattle-themed card (it’s $5) to go with the boxes, but was told they couldn’t give it complimentary. I totally understand policies, but a little gesture like that would make the experience feel extra special and go a long way in building lasting partnerships. Overall though, amazing chocolates and a great experience!"

"The tour was AMAZING. My whole family had fun (kids 8-14) and we learned a lot. Getting to walk above the factory was so fun and tasting all the different chocolate was great. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting or in the area. Plus the chocolate is some of the best chocolate I’ve ever tasted- be ready to want to take it all home after!"
