Tom's Thumb is easily my favorite hike and the most rewarding with the trail being 2.5 miles each way and an elevation gain of 1,300 ft! I always recommend starting from the north side because it offers some protection from the sun plus it's better for building those juicy calves you've always wanted. It took us a little under an hour to reach the top moving at a decent pace. What's your favorite...
