"Absolutely beautiful stop! The waterfalls are stunning and make for amazing photo ops, and the beach walkway along Lake Superior is perfect for a peaceful stroll. It’s a great spot to stretch your legs and burn some time with the family while traveling. Easy trails, fresh air, and scenic views—what more could you ask for?"

"Overall, I would say this is the best park on the North Shore and a contender for the best in the state. The waterfalls are awesome, with great trails and access around them. Numerous other excellent trails that connect with Superior National Forest. It has excellent overlooks, campgrounds, and day use area that are on the shores of Lake Superior. All packed into a smaller park. Plus, none of the crowds of Gooseberry and Tettegouche."

"gorgeous state park- many options for access to Lake Superior, sandy beach outstretched across the lower campground sites (wasn’t able to reserve a campsite here- but if they are available, definitely worth booking!), various trails & waterfalls to hike near, bathrooms were clean & well maintained. friendly park rangers as well!"
