Very clean rooms and awesome customer service — the front desk staff were fantastic! Loved the hotel and definitely plan to stay again, next time for longer. It was just a short drive into the U.S., not far from the border. Interestingly, hotels on the Canadian side in the Soo were more expensive and didn’t have nearly as many amenities or updates. Great value and experience overall! 5+ stars (massive applause for the front desk staff, super lovely ladies and customer service- as well as the valet, we didn’t use them but I witnessed several times very friendly and helpful interactions) love love love!"

"Joke of a hotel. The rooms smelled like a skunk. The temperature jumped from boiling hot to freezing cold back to boiling hot all over the hotel. The hotel security is plain rude. The tv didn't work and the beds were so uncomfortable. If you plan on visiting the pool while here bring a personal ac unit, they have the heat so high its a lawsuit waiting to happen. There is 1 person working the front desk, they are barely there when you need help. The midnight check in crew was disgustingly nasty. There is no daily towel refresh or cleanup. Would give zero stars if possible."

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was big and had a freezer shelf. I was able to set the temperature to 32 f. They have a pool that looks inviting good restraint on property. The staff is very nice. Sault Ste Marie and surrounding area has so much to offer."
