"St Eugene Cathedral is a vibrant community and parish. We arrived a few minutes late and there were a whole bunch of people lining the side wall. We found room for two a few rows in. - Turns out the line was for confessions. It's pretty rare to see people going to confession during mass, but a lot of people were lined up ready to go.
Masses are offered here in Spanish and English. There were lots of people with little children, ladies wearing veils and they serve communion kneeling at the alter. The church also has a children's chapel and prayer nooks near entrances, and statutes in the garden.
They served coffee and donuts in the hall. They even had a toaster for people to warm up bagels, along with peanut butter and cream cheese. They had pretty much anything you could want.
I found St. Eugene's through one of my favorite apps "Mass Times" it's a God Send while traveling."
