"It was a fantastic tour! The house has a rich history and it was so fun learning about Mrs. Dorn! The guide was terrific."
Edie Rigby
"Fabulous historic home, originally built by the first lawyer of Sandusky, Eleutheros Cooke and last owned by the Dorns, we had a guided tour by docent 'Ed' who has done 1400 hours of research about the home, and also knew the last owner for 25 years. I had been there before, but the details of the home and its history were really illuminated by this docent who is very passionate about the history of the home. We thoroughly enjoyed not only the beauty of the home, but the detailed history explained by Ed. Covid protocol was adhered to, and we were the only ones visiting. It's well worth the visit."
Linda McNeill
"I highly recommend visiting! It was a pleasant surprise to be given a tour by the most knowledgeable person with regards to the history of the home. I learned so much as well as our 2 teenage boys!"
