"I've lived here for almost 3 years now. The management team led by Anthony and Sean has been great. They go out of their way to help you. An example is that even if a carrier does not put your package in a locker and just leaves your package on the floor in the mailroom, they will go out of their way to put your package in the lockers and if not possible, they will bring your mail in the leasing office to keep it safe.
Their maintenance team is also great. Previously led by George and Lynn and now led by David and Petko, they do their best to fix your problems properly and fast. I haven't been disappointed yet by their communication or service.
Overall the apartment complex is great. It is secure, the coffee room is very spacious and appropriate for events, the game room is fun and my neighbors are quite and respectful."

"I lived here over the past year and I have to say it's one of the best apartment that I've been rented in bay area. The rent is reasonable, maintenance usually comes in next business day, amenity is not the best but it's good enough given the rent. And leasing office has also been friendly and responsive from start to end, and was able to get back the deposit fairly quickly with reasonable charges on the final utility billing deducted.
Overall I'd recommend this apartment to anyone who's looking for a place in this area!"
