What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Diamond District for its exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff, and competitive wholesale pricing. Many highlight personalized experiences, especially for custom engagement rings, and trust the jewelers for their integrity and quality. Some minor drawbacks include the need for appointments and the potential for busy periods.
"The only jewelers I'll go to!
I received phenomenal service here. I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that I've dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. I will only come here for all my jewelry needs and I recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing service and amazing products.
Thank you all so much!"

"Absolutely Exceptional Experience at San Francisco Diamond Exchange!
From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care. Jessica, in particular, has been nothing short of phenomenal. Her attention to detail, deep knowledge, and sincere engagement made the entire process of selecting jewelry not only easy but truly enjoyable.
What sets this store apart is the incredible service and the honest, transparent environment they’ve cultivated. Every interaction feels personal, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping you find the perfect piece—not just making a sale.
Jessica is a gem herself! Her guidance, patience, and integrity are unmatched. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for jewelry, and I wholeheartedly recommend that no one else should either. If you want a trustworthy, top-tier experience, San Francisco Diamond Exchange is the only place to go!!"

"They are the best! I had to have my engagement ring and wedding band (that we originally purchased with them) remade after 28 years of wear and tear. I also decided to upgrade my center diamond! Sandra, Ben, and Norman were all super helpful and explained all options, timelines, and pricing. They kept in great communication with me throughout the process. They are the jewelers that we trust, so much so, that we make the drive from San Jose! They are also just really nice people and it's a joy to work with them!"
