Despite this, the park's natural beauty and diverse amenities remain a significant draw.
"Love the layout on the coarse here. Lots of elevation and distance. Plenty of shot types. Over all a fun spot"
Nick Peters
"We were passing through and thought it looked like a nice place to let the kids out for a few to burn off some energy. We were there not even 5 minutes and someone (2 guys) pulled up next to our truck and tried to get into it. My husband quickly confronted them and they took off, but continued to drive past slowly 3 more times as we put the kids in their seats so we could get out of there 😳 After leaving we stopped at the Casey's just down the street and the cashier told my husband that he's lucky he didn't get shot.... I'm not familiar with the area, so I'm not sure if that's truly the case but I think we'll be choosing a different area/park next time."

"This is a great park in St. Joe! The splash pad is awesome, the playground is fun, and there's lots of pavilions and picnic tables, as well as beautiful fields and trees. When we were just there in mid-June we discovered the most magnificent mulberry tree we've ever seen, absolutely loaded with fruit...the kids probably spent an hour trying to throw mulberries into each other's mouths, coming away looking like they'd killed someone, lol! Fortunately the splash pad got them all clean again! Highly recommend."
