What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Rosemont Stadium is praised as a great little park for various events, particularly Chicago Dogs baseball games and professional softball. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff, free parking, and intimate atmosphere, making it a good family outing. However, some note issues with long concession lines and expensive food and drinks.
"Nice facility but the concession stand was a mess. Perhaps it was due to it being a very well attended game on opening day but each visit to the concession stand took AT LEAST 20 minutes. I wouldn't say it was the fault of the staff, but they need another concession stand."
Tracy Olalde
"Went here to watch the pro softball games and had a blast. Parking is free. Concessions are reasonably priced. The bathroom was clean. You can stand right along the bullpen and watch the pitchers warm-up."
Kate Habenicht
"Great little park to come out and enjoy any type of event that they are promoting.
I came here to see a boxing match and the view was awesome, but the nets can get in the way.
I wished that they had taken them down for the boxing match.
The sound system is not the best, it gets too distorted when they crank up the music.
I think the food and drinks are ridiculously expensive here.
The lines to get any food or drinks are also too long and the service is slow.
So if you're attending any event here, and don't want to spend your life savings, eat and drink at one of the local restaurants before you enter the park attend the event."

The Chicago Dogs Experience
When planning your visit, keep in mind that while the overall experience is positive, some attendees have noted that concession lines can be quite long, especially during popular games like opening day.
