"What a hidden gem right in the heart of the city! High Falls is such a unique spot. It's not every day you find a waterfall nestled within an urban landscape. The sound of the rushing water is like natural therapy, incredibly calming and refreshing. High Falls Terrace Park has a small parking lot on site, but spots are limited. We enjoyed walking around the area and taking in the views from the terrace lookout spot. A peaceful break from the city hustle, and definitely worth a stop if you're in Rochester!"
