What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Martha McLean Anza Narrows Park is appreciated for its challenging disc golf course and scenic river trails, offering a unique natural ambiance. However, visitors frequently note issues with park maintenance, particularly concerning broken fences and unreliable restroom facilities, which detract from the overall experience.
"A really nice park at one time that has been neglected and needs better care by its owner the county. Broken fences, graffiti, closed bathrooms, and trails with barbed wire on both sides do not make for a pleasant visit. Too bad. I hope they can turn it around."

"The disc golf course is what brought me here, but the entire park is great. The course is well laid out,l and offers a bit of a challenge. There are also paths to hike down to the river, with plenty to explore. I’ve seen families wading in the river and having a great time. I’ve heard the city cleaned it up, so there aren’t as many homeless people, but it’s still smart to go with friends or carry something for safety, especially if you’re heading down to the creek. The park itself is huge, with lots of shaded trees perfect for relaxing. Love, love, love this park!"

"I love the disc golf course here, great use of the elevation on the hills above the river. The only reason that I don’t give it a 5 star review is that there is no working restrooms, the one restroom next to the bike trail has been closed for months."
