2. Toucan Charlie’s Buffet & Grille — the food is good, but the service left a poor impression. If it’s your first time at the hotel and you don’t have an elite or other privileged status, be prepared to wait in line for 20 minutes or even more, even if you’re first in your row, because the cashiers will prioritize guests with status memberships.
Summary: If your main goal is to stay at the hotel and play slot machines at the casino, you will have an excellent experience. For everything else, be prepared for mixed situations."

"This review is primarily in regards to the convention area/conference rooms. I recently attended a conference there and it was well organized. There is signage to the conference area regardless of which entrance you use. I did end up walking through a portion of the casino and it did not smell smoky and gross like some of the older casinos in Vegas. The conference rooms were well labeled and the sign-in was easy. Their facilities are clean and the food was actually good! They had vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. The only thing I didn't eat was my desert, but I don't really care for sweets, especially chocolate. Overall, it was a great event."

The rooms were nice, though they were replacing the carpets in the halls, did not affect us negatively. Arcade was better than circus circus, less crowded."
