What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Juel Community Park is praised as a hidden gem offering a diverse range of activities, from its popular disc golf course to serene nature trails and a vibrant community garden. Visitors appreciate the park's natural beauty and historical elements, though some note that improved pathways could enhance year-round accessibility.
"This is a huge hidden jem of a place! Only reason it’s not 5 ⭐️is that there’s an equestrian trail leading to Farrel Mc Whiter park. Large grasslands where one can play frisbee golf ( don’t know the name of the sport but there’s a course here.) My dog loves to run in the forest with all the smells and it trails that lead into PSE pipeline trails. Also a creek runs into the entrance with running clean cold water for drinking and cooling dogs off. Theres A Historical Society Site here also, old barn etc. Aside from the Pea Patch Gardens I saw 2 other dogs w/ their Humans. A nice long tranquil walk with different sites to see vs other city parks."

"Awesome disc golf course, great for beginners. I’m just starting and the big open space has been awesome for me to test my throws."

"Seriously cold for everyone. 38 acre park donated by a family decades ago that continues to have some amazing off trail wilderness areas surrounding a central huge frisbee course for frisbee golf. So very cool with an awesome huge community garden in the center. A little something for everyone and trails that cross the pipeline into Ferrell McWhorter Park"
