Visitors rave about The Palace Restaurant and Saloon's immersive historical ambiance, beautifully restored interior, and the unique experience of servers in period costumes. The food is generally well-received, with burgers and classic dishes being popular choices, and the saloon offers a lively atmosphere. Some minor critiques include occasional overcooked burgers and the typical pricing for a historic establishment.
"It's like an anchor establishment on whiskey row. The dining room has been beautifully restored, and houses a great deal of interesting memorabilia.
There are numerous dining areas including a large outdoor space for live music, presumably.
Our food came out quickly and hot! The Gila grilled chicken salad was generously covered with chicken, onion, tomato, croutons and cheese. Bunkhouse beans were loaded with bacon, cheese and pico. Our fish was perfectly cooked, crispy, flavorful, and non fishy, they're accompanied by fries which I wouldn't have minded subbing if any were available.
The restrooms are clean and modern.
We'll definitely go back when we're in the area."

"Stopped by to grab a drink at this historic bar in Prescott. You have to experience this ambiance if you love history and old bars. Reconstructed in1901, it houses the 4 part carved bar, old ice box and safe where the pit master oversaw the gambling tables. Bartender, Nick and the sheriff were ready with drinks and history. An experience of its own not to be missed."

"Fun atmosphere with good food. We all had the beast burgers and one was a bit overcooked (well instead of medium) but tasty. The old fashioned was great. The service was extremely fast."
