Time I tried this trail was on a regular bike. The knee started hurting from the hills.
Second time on an ebike was just great finished the whole trail And then some. Just know you have to stop all the crossword's.Because it because it goes through the town of sautucket . A great day would be start in sautucket Maybe a wet lunch in port Jeff.

"I enjoy walking this trail from Port Jeff all the way to the start in Setauket and back. It is well kept and I can usually spy some nature. I've seen deer and bunnies. Plenty of birds and squirrels. The people are generally cool and usually out for their exercise. Well worth the effort. It can get decently challenging at times. Good for biking too :)"
