"I visited the park from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Wednesday the 7th. The sprinklers were watering the parking lot the entire time. I can think of easier ways to fill the pond than runoff from the parking lot. Also, can someone inform the City of Plano Parks & Rec department of the Watering Guidelines, specifically the watering times?"
