"This is a very safe park. Full of families after 5:00 pm, ducks and turtles in the water.
It's honestly such a beautiful and welcoming space, me and my family love going here every week.

"If you go with kids, this park is perfect for flying a kite (plenty of space behind the lake, no trees), spot some ducks and turtles, or have some fun at the playground (fine structures for toddlers and kids a little bit bigger). There are restrooms and roofed picnic spaces. Not so many shadows at the playground nor a splash pad, though the lake might mitigate the hot temperatures, be advised during the summer months. If you go during April, there’s some bluebonnets growing by the lake (on the side next to the fields)."
