Visitors consistently praise Roosevelt Row for its vibrant arts scene, excellent location, and lively atmosphere, especially during events like First Friday. The abundance of restaurants, shops, and galleries makes it a dynamic place to explore. Some residents note urban challenges, but overall, the community and staff in nearby apartments receive high marks for friendliness and helpfulness.

"This place is honestly amazing. The amenities are really great, I use the gym most days and it has more than everything I need. The pool/hot tub are perfect too and you really can't beat the location. I transferred here from another Weidner property and it was pretty seamless. Brady was awesome during the process and made things easy. He kept it up after I moved in as he's always there for any questions/concerns and says hi when I pass by the office, super nice guy. Great property and great team, I am very happy I moved here."

Nico Haet

"My fiancé and I have lived here for 2 years. We love it so much. The staff is extremely friendly and are very helpful and quick when it comes to maintenance. Brady is always on top of any request or question we may have. The location is great and has given us the opportunity to attend many more sporting events and concerts and the ability to walk everywhere. There’s a million amazing restaurants within walking distance and we’ll never get bored. So many fun events in the area and we’re right in the middle of the action. Couldn’t love living in a complex more."

Taylor Black

"Can’t recommend living here enough, clean, great location, and amazing staff. From leasing agents (especially Brady) to maintenance everyone is professional, helpful & kind. Reasonable price for downtown and friendly neighbors, I feel safe walking around here at night, parking situation for me & for guests is great, gym is huge and the pool is beautiful."
