What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Kidspace Children's Museum for its engaging and diverse activities, both indoors and outdoors, making it a hit with kids of all ages. Many appreciate the affordability, especially with EBT discounts and free days. While most experiences are positive, some note that exhibits can occasionally be crowded or non-functional, and one review mentioned an unpleasant odor in the water area.
"My kids love going here. We have a family membership and love going any chance we get. Any time we go, there’s always something fun to do. It never gets old. Most of the time we stay till closing. I love that the theme changes every so often. Halloween and Christmas are really fun themes there. The water creek is also very fun in the summer and those perfect sunny Cali days.
There’s plenty of things to do. There’s an inside area for play, creativity, and exploration. The outside area is for play, imagination, and exploring.
My kids’ favorite area is the bike area. They get to ride on tricycles. There’s a smaller play and bike area for the little 4 and under next to it. They can play in water, ride on smaller tricycles, go on a small slide, and play with hands on activities."
Millennial Reviews
"I grew up going here , so now I take my daughter, nieces and nephews. Staff is always so kind. I went on a really hot day, but rest assured you can buy cold drinks/food at fair prices ( cheaper than most museums/amusement parks). They also have water fountains throughout the museum and a little pond where kids can get wet. Just make sure to pack extra clothes. I was also pleasantly surprised when my nephew lost his iPhone and it was turned in to the lost and found. For people like myself who are parents and get social anxiety, the crowds tend to be smaller than fairs or amusement parks which is a plus. My daughter loves the craft room and all the interactive exhibits."

"It was alright. I went on a cooler day, there was a lot of kids so it just felt really crowded and hard to keep track of mine in the crowds. A couple of their exhibits didn’t work or were too busy with kids to actually do anything in them. The whole water area smelled like raw sewage so we ended up leaving it extremely early on. Favorite part was the man & woman at the sing along. I’d rather go to a place that has more than 1 station per exhibit."
