"Beautiful big lawn park to sit back with a book, play ball or fly a kite with kids and enjoy the spectacular view of Monterey / Pacific Grove! Easy parking on the street and from here you can walk south to Lovers Point. The walking path has several murals along the way to Monterey. Be sure to “stay to your right” on the gravel walking path if you’re a pedestrian and if you’re a cyclist, ride slowly and take care of the young kids and seniors with walkers who may not hear you. This is a lovely spot to start a walk."
