Booking online was super easy, and the pre flight safety video was clear, well done, and simple to access. When we arrived, we were greeted by David, who was both friendly and efficient in getting us set up. Our flight instructor, Flynn (hope I spelled that right!), was fantastic, funny, encouraging, and he made us feel both safe and pumped up for the experience. He kept the energy high while giving clear instruction, which really helped us feel confident in the tunnel.
The rush of flying is hard to put into words, but it was incredible. We also appreciated the guidance and encouragement from the instructor running the tunnel (wish we had caught his name!). Between Flynn’s great coaching and the constant support, we felt completely taken care of the entire time.
