"After a long day, we decided to stop in for a sit-down dinner. We were a little hesitant because the Google reviews were lower than what we usually prefer—but we gave it a shot anyway.
The restaurant was very spacious with plenty of seating. Something I wish I had known beforehand: they have upstairs seating with a really nice view. I’d definitely recommend asking to sit up there.
The front staff was friendly when we walked in, but our server was another story—she had the personality of an acorn and zero interest in doing her job. After our food arrived, we waited an uncomfortably long time for silverware—so long that the table next to us actually offered theirs! We had to flag her down for everything and were never once asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else.
To top it off, at one point she walked by, picked up a coaster that had been on the floor, and put it right on our table. Really?! That’s gross!
On the bright side, the food was good. I had the steak with grilled corn and potatoes—all flavorful and fresh. It would’ve been even better enjoyed hot if we didn’t have to beg for utensils.
Overall, the atmosphere was relaxed for a sports bar—not overly loud, and we could actually hold a conversation without yelling. Good food, but the service definitely needs some attention."

"NBC is the spot to be at in city walk! I have been coming here for a few years now. It's a great spot to have lunch in between hopping parks or to hit up right after the park just know that the later it get the more packed it is. But it is a great spot to take a break and have a drink and relax a bit before heading back to the parks. Highly recommended to Make reservations.
Restaurant is located on the pathway to universal. Has plenty of sitting and some pretty cool tables. The kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant which is pretty cool. The restaurant has a really good vibe and atmosphere. And everyone here is amazing!!! We had the pleasure of being taken care by Brian and Bhushan. Both were wonderful and took really good care of us.
On today's visit we had the classic NBC cheeseburger. The burger here are top tier!!! Definitely one of our favorite meals here. Love coming here and we are slowly trying everything on the menu."
