"The atmosphere of the establishment was awesome! Enjoyed the music playing. We had a great time bowling. Great price. The only down side I would say is the customer service. I had called to see if they had lanes open and the women told me yes so we went down and when we got there we had a wait of 30+ minutes. It felt like she kept disappearing from the front desk when trying to get our shoes. I honestly dont know if she had a clue of what was going on. It took a long time to get a waitress to wait on us."

"The management at this establishment went above and beyond tonight! I am thoroughly impressed and still a little in shock, my company rented out the space for the night and when I asked one of the attendants where the nearest gas station or smoke shop was cuz I needed to get some cigarettes the manager asked what kind I smoke and I told him and he had one of his employees go and get me a pack of cigarettes and did not charge me for them! I am still in shock as I said and I am so impressed with their service. Thank you for an incredible experience tonight! Food was amazing too as was the bowling."

"We had such a great time on our granddaughter's 4th birthday. The bowling was fun and she almost beat us on the 1st game 😁
All the staff was great, they made sure everything was okay and after a minor incident with the sandwich , the manager and food manager(?) were right over and made things right.
Thanks again for a special birthday time, they even gave her a nice present."
