Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the historic architecture and the unique experience of the cattle drive in Fort Worth. The building's transformation into artist studios in other cities is also a highlight, offering a vibrant creative atmosphere. Some reviews mention issues with elevator crowding and staff attentiveness, but overall, the historical significance and community events are well-received.

"I lived in apartment 902 for two years just after they opened. I asked the manager what to do for tornadoes and she laughed at me. She said that she asked the fire marshal the same question and he told her that the building had withstood multiple tornadoes in Omaha history, just get away from the windows. The first bad storm we had I while living in the apartment absolutely nothing happened to the building. I just stood in my entryway. Now it’s been over ten years since I lived there and the management team could be totally different."

Megan Bell

"The management during the year of 2021 and 2022 was awesome! They were extremely kind to us, and they even got me my very own bible. Maintenance quickly resolves any issues we have. Excellent and friendly neighbors. Excellent rent price for what comes with the apartment (washer, dryer, etc.)."
